We service larger clients in tandem with select partners to leverage our combined expertise in leadership development and talent management solutions. Our partner firms specialize in talent selection, assessment for development, executive coaching, organizational design, and engagement interventions.
For Willing Beta-Testers: < 200 People, in Business < 5 Years
Insights & Advantage is constantly developing new and better ways to deliver solutions for clients. Starting in Fall 2022, we will pilot our newest services in small, start-up or growth stage organizations with talent management needs. Programs last six months or more, and organizations provide feedback in exchange for a reduced fee.
