Insights & Advantage founder Dr. Taylere M. Markewich, PhD, is an organizational psychologist and career advisor.

Taylere is dedicated to helping people navigate the “work of work” to meet their professional, business, and personal goals. For the last decade, she’s worked with individuals, partners, corporations, and organizations to develop customized, practical and actionable solutions including:

Through her work, Taylere has built a reputation for successfully empowering people and organizations in the face of change, disruption, and now, pandemics. Her clients range from the C-suite to emerging leaders across a variety of industries and business sizes in the U.S. and beyond. Companies include well-known financial services, biotech and pharma, technology, manufacturing, film and television, beauty and fashion, public relations, secondary education, insurance, and healthcare, as well as philanthropic, not-for-profit, and religious organizations.

Taylere’s differentiator is her combined education and training in individual, family systems, and business psychology. She holds a B.A. in individual Humanistic and Transpersonal psychology from Naropa University, an M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saybrook University, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from California School of Professional Psychology. Taylere has also completed post-doctoral training in executive assessment and coaching, business strategy, product development, data analytics, and commercial branding and marketing.

Beyond her consulting work, Taylere is a Member at Large on the New York State Psychologist Association (NYSPA) Organizational, Consulting, and Work Division (OCW) Board. She is also an active member of the American Psychological Association (APA), the Society of Industrial/Organizational Psychology (SIOP), the Hudson Valley Psychologist Association (HVPA), and the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapist (CAMFT).
